When Nicola Coughlan shared a cheeky post online about her dedication to the gym, fans couldn’t help but notice the changes. The woman has clearly been taking care of herself and her health and we are here for it.

As a body positivity spear header, it’s nice to see Nicole is not afraid to do what’s best for her body without using underhand techniques. There’s a lot of speculation that this new body is meant to emulate her upcoming arc in the Bridgerton series. Nevertheless, we are still happy for her, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store.

For Kelly Clarkson, being on the heavy side has never been an issue, but her weight has been under constant scrutiny by the paparazzi. Nonetheless, the American Idol winner has always spoken about body positivity, motivating many people to accept themselves as they are. In Kelly’s case, it had become necessary to drop a few pounds due to health reasons.

By making changes in her diet, the songstress shed 37 pounds, and by 2018 she had managed to attain a toned body. Kelly has been incredibly vocal about her weight loss journey, and she revealed that instead of spending bucks on expensive exercise regimes, she altered her eating habits.

Then the unexpected happened; the celebrity chef had to undergo surgery for a throat cyst, and while recuperating, she started going to the gym regularly. Coupled with a Mediterranean diet, consuming a lot of vegetables & salads, and drinking several ounces of water daily, Rachael lost 40 pounds. Her weight loss has stunned fans all over, and she looks so radiant in this new body!

Kelly Osbourne – 69 lbs – Diet Change

Kelly Osbourne is a world-famous reality TV personality and singer, best known from The Osbournes, for which her family won an Emmy Award in 2002. She was also on Fashion Police and Dancing with the Stars with her partner Louis van Amstel. It was Louis that first gave Kelly nutrition advice and made her rethink her habits.

Prior to that, Kelly said that she had self-esteem problems despite being famous. She lost 20 lbs during Dancing with the Stars but gained it back later. Kelly’s weight went up and down a couple of times until she became a vegan which helped her keep it off permanently after dropping 69 lbs.
